EquiTakt
Your horse's tempo, out loud.
Put your phone in a pocket and ride. Within about fifteen seconds EquiTakt has measured your horse's walk, trot or canter, and starts sounding that tempo.
Then it holds it.
That last part is the whole idea. EquiTakt doesn't follow your horse around. It finds the tempo your horse is working in and keeps it steady, so you have something to ride to rather than something that chases you. When the rhythm slips, you hear it — and that noticing is the point.
You can also point it at your own music. Pick a song and EquiTakt adjusts it to your horse's exact tempo, typically within 5% — whatever's already on your phone, matched to whatever gait you're in.
